![]() ![]() Coaching has kept me more accountable to my goals because I have people depending on me to lead by example. The thing I am MOST proud of is that I continued to workout even when I was moving! That is something I NEVER would have done in the past and I attribute it all to becoming a Beachbody Coach. Completing the program in 60 days and increasing my strength and cardiovascular conditioning were my ONLY goals! I was thinking of doing Max 30, and I tried using a previously posted link where I could download the videos. Physical changes like losing weight and inches where not what I was going for with Insanity MAX:30. Hy everyone I finished OG insanity last Thursday (woooo), and I gotta say, I was pretty happy with my results in the end, and proud of myself for managing to finish it. Just push to your MAX and get insane results in 30 minutes a day. LOSER is the word I used to use for myself it I had to modify but now I think I am a WINNER! Knowing my limits, preventing injury and completing the program were the most important things to me on this journey and that is exactly what I did. Theres no equipment needed in these killer cardio and strength workouts. Checking my ego at the door was important and I am happy to report that I have now turned over a new leaf. This attitude all came to an end when there was NO WAY I could do the full workout without modifying. Modifying workouts was taken to a new level during my Insanity MAX:30 month 1 journey and I liked it! I never used to be able to modify because if I modified I didn’t feel like I was doing the program “correctly.” When I first started this program, I thought Insanity MAX:30 Friday Fight 1 was the hardest workout from month 1 but now I feel like I am finally getting the hang of it. It is not insane and fast like the others, but it is still a workout.
